Antonio Ximenes is an experienced architect who began his career in 1993, working with established consultancies before founding JKC Consultant. He holds a degree in Architecture Engineering from Udayana University,Denpasar (1998) and has extensive experience in architectural design, planning, and project management.
Over the years, Antonio has worked with government institutions, municipal authorities, and international development agencies on key infrastructure and community projects across Timor-Leste. He remains committed to delivering practical, culturally respectful, and sustainable design solutions.
He is a member and founder of the Associação dos Consultores de Engenharia e Arquitetura de Timor-Leste (ACEATIL), the Udayana University Architecture Alumni Association (IKAYANA), and the Salesian Don Bosco Alumni Network. Antonio communicates effectively in Tetum, Portuguese, English, and Bahasa Indonesia, allowing him to work confidently with diverse partners and clients.

Our Team
The Office Manager oversees daily administrative operations, office coordination, and internal workflows to ensure efficient and organized business activities. This role supports management, staff coordination, scheduling, and office resource management to maintain smooth and professional operations.
The Admin and Officers Division provides comprehensive administrative and project support services, including documentation management, coordination, client liaison, scheduling, and compliance monitoring, to ensure smooth operations, effective communication, and the efficient implementation of projects in accordance with established standards and requirements.
The Finance Officer manages financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and cash flow monitoring to support sound financial decision-making. This role ensures accurate financial records, compliance with regulations, and effective financial control across projects and operations.
The Logistics Manager oversees procurement, transportation, inventory, and supply coordination to ensure timely and efficient delivery of resources. This role supports project operations by managing logistics planning, vendor coordination, cost control, and compliance, ensuring smooth workflow and uninterrupted project execution.
The Civil Engineering Consultant Division delivers professional engineering solutions covering structural design, infrastructure development, and construction support, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with applicable standards.
Our Interior Design Division delivers functional and well-crafted interior solutions that enhance comfort, usability, and visual quality. We provide services including space planning, interior concept development, material and finish selection, furniture layout, lighting coordination, and detailed design documentation, working closely with project teams to ensure seamless integration with architectural and engineering systems.
The Mechanical & Electrical Division provides integrated building services solutions, including HVAC, electrical systems, lighting, power distribution, and safety systems. The division ensures efficient, reliable, and code-compliant designs that support functionality, comfort, and long-term performance.
